Very exciting news, it has just been announced that Lisa, Amy & Shelley Vol who represented the Netherlands in Junior Eurovision 2007 will represent their country once again in Eurovision 2017, a decade after their 11th place in JESC. They are now known as O’G3NE and have shot to fame in the Netherlands after winning The Voice. They are known for their wonderful harmonies as a trio. Three cheers for the next JESC kids in ESC!
Remember Lisa, Amy & Shelley Vol, the sister trio who impressed us with their harmonious yet energetic entry “Adem in, adem uit” in 2007? Since then, they have released two CDs “300%” (2008) and “Sweet 16” (2011), as well as several music video singles. Lately they have been pretty quiet, but yesterday their audition for “The Voice of Holland” aired, and I think we may be hearing a lot more of the sisters now. They blew away the judges, with all four almost immediately turning around and their chosen coach Marco Borsato offering them a guaranteed record deal. They were also trending worldwide on twitter, under their new group name “O’G3NE”. Their manager Luuk Wessels said that they are all over 18 now, they have grown up and want to move away from being child stars and focus more on their adult repertoire. They hope to reach a wider audience than before, where they were mainly known with children and in Fijnaart – now they want to take The Netherlands by storm. Why the name O’G3NE you ask? Well O = their mothers blood type / G3NE = the genes that bond them.

3rd September 2010
The start of September not only brings the true kick off of the national final season (Armenia semi 2 airing as we speak), but it brings the long, long awaited new song of my favourite sister trio (ever so slightly ahead of the Sanden sisters) – Lisa, Amy and Shelley! From Adem in, Adem uit in 2007, they’re now 16 years old with a much more mature style! Lacking the colour and retro-ness of their past videos, this new song is great anyway, it’s funky and unique! Lisa Amy & Shelley’s new song
Lisa Amy & Shelley, the Dutch representatives of 2007, have released a new song, titled “‘T is sommer” and translated as “It’s summer”. You can watch the video here.
02/03 – Dutch trio Lisa, Amy & Shelley, who participated in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2007, have recording several songs to be used in an upcoming kids movie called ‘Kikkerdril’. The movie is about a young boy named Max who travels through the wilderness with his friend. The song Coole Kikker (Cool Frog) which is the themesong, can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2HKQz8qkg3w. It is currently at number 1 on the Kids Top 20 charts in the Netherlands. You can also download the mp3 free here: www.lisa-amy-shelley.nl. Since Junior Eurovision, Lisa, Amy and Shelley have enjoyed a wide success around the Netherlands and Belgium, with their own online tv series attracting hundreds of thousands of views, and top selling albums. They have a very retro, colourful style, and produce catchy, upbeat songs to match it, although some of their songs cover more mature themes, such as love, seen in ‘100%’.
